Steinberger GM-2(5)S (1989)

A gallery of Steinberger guitars, owned by European guitar and bass players.
On the first glimpse this looks like a GM2, but actually it isn't. As you can see from the distance between the S-Trem and the bridge pickup, this guitar originally was a GM-5, modified to the H-H configuration of the GM-2. Quite a number of GMs have been modified this way, so it might be interesting to recognize the indicator for such a modification (the bridge pickup position, which is that of a GM-5 or GM-1).
