Steinberger GS-7TA maple burl top (2010)

TransTrem, HazLabs EQ (second version). This guitar was custom built by Bas Wierink (Basta Guitars, Netherlands). All parts except the body are Steinberger originals. The body is a mahogany body with a beautiful maple burl top. This body makes this guitar significantly lighter than a stock GS. The result is a faster attack and response of every note played. This gives the guitar a more Strat-like singlecoil sound and a better “punch” with distorted sounds.
